- Stop use when ½ inch (1 cm) of wax remains.
- Ensure proper ventilation — burn in a well-ventilated area.
- Do not touch or move a burning candle — allow wax to cool before handling.
- Trim the wick to ¼ inch (5 mm) before each burn.
- Allow wax to melt evenly across the top to avoid tunneling.
- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
- Use a snuffer or dip the wick in wax to extinguish the flame safely (do not blow out).
